Online Workshop – Let's Plan Q1, Together! ✏️

This is a hands-on, work-along workshop where we'll sit down and create a realistic, achievable plan for the first three months of 2027 (January, February and March), so you can head into the new year feeling organised, motivated and excited about what's ahead for your small business!

The start of a new year can feel like a fresh opportunity for small business owners, but it can also be a little (a lot 😂) overwhelming when you've got so many ideas, goals and things you'd love to achieve, but aren't quite sure where to start.

Whether you're planning new product launches, hoping to grow your audience, wanting to be more consistent with your marketing, or simply looking to feel a little more organised in your business, this workshop is designed to help you turn all those ideas into a clear, manageable plan for the months ahead!

I'll be planning my own Q1 for Milly's Studio and Milly's Studio School alongside you, sharing my thought process, ideas and real-life examples as we go. So, rather than just listening to me talk about planning, we'll actually be getting stuck in and doing it together! 

During the workshop, we'll work together to:

✏️ Reflect on 2026, celebrating your wins and identifying what you'd like to do differently moving forward

✏️ Set realistic, achievable goals for January, February and March

✏️ Identify your key priorities and decide what deserves your time and attention during Q1

✏️ Map out your quarterly calendar, including important dates, product launches, projects and promotions

✏️ Plan your marketing activities, including social media content, email campaigns and opportunities to promote your products or services

✏️ Break your bigger goals into smaller, manageable monthly action steps so you know exactly what to focus on throughout Q1

You'll also receive a downloadable Q1 Business Planner to work through during the session, which you can continue referring back to throughout January, February and March.

The aim isn't to create an unrealistic list of resolutions or give yourself a million things to do... it's to take all those ideas floating around in your head, figure out what really matters to your business and create a plan that feels exciting, achievable and realistic for you! 📝

For the best experience, I'd recommend joining the Zoom call on one device (such as a laptop or tablet) while working through your Q1 Business Planner on another. If you'd rather simply watch the live workshop and complete your planner afterwards, don't worry, a full replay is included so you can work through everything at your own pace.

There will also be plenty of time for questions if you'd like a bit of extra guidance! 💬
