Online Workshop – Let's Plan Our Christmas Marketing, Together! 🎄

This is a hands-on, work-along workshop where we'll sit down and create a Christmas marketing plan for your small business together, ready for the festive season!

Christmas can be one of the busiest (and most overwhelming) times of year for small business owners, especially when you're trying to juggle creating products, fulfilling orders, showing up online and finding the time to market everything.

Whether you're launching a brand-new Christmas collection, promoting your existing products as thoughtful gifts, or wanting to make the most of the festive season, this workshop is designed to help you get organised, feel prepared and make your Christmas marketing a little less stressful!

I'll be planning my own Christmas marketing for Milly's Studio alongside you, sharing my thought process and examples as we go. This year, I'm focusing on promoting my existing Little Joys stationery collections as giftable products, alongside launching my new Christmas cards, so you definitely don't need to have a festive product range to join in! 🎄

During the workshop, we'll work together to:

✏️ Set your Christmas marketing goals and identify your key selling opportunities
✏️ Explore ways to position your existing products or services for the festive season
✏️ Map out your Christmas marketing calendar, including important dates, launches and promotions
✏️ Brainstorm and plan at least 10 festive social media content ideas
✏️ Plan three Christmas email campaigns to keep your subscribers engaged throughout the season
✏️ Create a manageable Christmas marketing action plan so you know exactly what to focus on next

You'll also receive a downloadable Christmas Marketing Planner to work through during the session, which you can continue referring back to throughout the festive season.

The aim isn't to create a complicated marketing strategy or give yourself even more work to do... it's to make the most of what your business already has to offer, get your ideas out of your head and create a realistic plan that makes showing up and selling throughout Christmas feel much easier!

For the best experience, I'd recommend joining the Zoom call on one device (such as a laptop or tablet) while working through your Christmas Marketing Planner on another. If you'd rather simply watch the live workshop and complete your planner afterwards, don't worry, a full replay is included so you can work through everything at your own pace.

There will also be plenty of time at the end for questions if you'd like a bit of extra guidance! 💬
